Overall Terms & Conditions

• Registration fee is non-refundable and will be refunded only in the case ERNET is unable to provide the services.
• Service Tax as applicable will be extra.
• All payments will be made in advance in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "ERNET India" and payable at New Delhi.
• From second year onward, ERNET will raise advance bills twice in a year.
• The minimum contractual period for any type of service is one year (two years for Web Hosting Services) for which user has to make advance payment.
• ERNET will charge 10% over and above the actual cost of the equipment supplied to the users as administrative and handling charges.
• A minimum 3 months notice period is required for termination of ERNET connectivity.
• In case of disconnection of VSAT, a buy-back offer can be made by ERNET India, subject to availability of potential buyers.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the ERNET will be treated as final.
• A discount of upto 50% can be offered for strategic customers subject to approval of ED, ERNET.
• The Tariff for ERNET Services is liable to revision in the future. In case of any downward revision with retrospective effect, the benefit would be given to the user.
